Use of this Platform

  1. e-Nirikshak is a prototype built for Smart India Hackathon 2026 under problem statement SIH26100. It is not an official Government of India service, is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government department, and is not in use for real procurement. Every tender and bidder shown is fictional demonstration data.
  2. The clauses below describe how the platform would operate if adopted. They are stated so the design can be evaluated, and they create no obligation on anyone today.
  3. Determinations produced by this platform concern eligibility only. The award of any contract is made by the competent authority under the General Financial Rules and is not made by this platform.
  4. Bidders are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents they submit. A determination is reached on the documents furnished; nothing is assumed in a bidder's favour that their bundle does not state.
  5. Submitting false information, or a document belonging to another entity, may lead to action under the tender conditions and applicable law.
  6. Accounts are issued to named individuals. Sharing credentials is prohibited, and every action taken under an account is recorded against it in an audit log that cannot be altered.
  7. The platform is provided on an as-is basis. Scheduled maintenance is notified in advance on this site; bidders are advised not to defer submission to the closing hour.
