Integrated Bid Compliance Verification
e-Nirikshak verifies vendor bid submissions against published tender requirements. It reads both the tender and every response bundle, checks each requirement against each bid, cites the exact page and passage supporting every finding, and routes anything it is not confident about to a human.
The platform does not award tenders. It produces an eligibility determination — responsive, non-responsive, or needs review — for each bidder, with evidence. The award decision rests with the competent authority under the General Financial Rules.
Announcements
- Bidders must complete Udyam and GSTIN verification before uploading a response bundle.
- All submissions are sealed on upload and cannot be opened by any officer before the published closing time.
- Every eligibility determination on this platform cites the exact page and passage supporting it.
